Aromatic white grape variety
Its aromas progress from banana, hazelnut, orange blossom to spices such as vanilla, as well as floral, honey and acacia aromas, to fresh butter. It’s a wine that pairs well with desserts. Its colour is often deep yellow.

A Swiss grape variety created in 1970, Diolinoir is the result of a cross between Diolly Red (Robin Noir introduced experimentally in Valais in the 1920s) and Pinot Noir.
